Every Glass & Glory item is made to order. Most products require 3 to 5 business days for production before they ship. Product-specific production estimates shown during checkout take priority when they differ.
United States delivery
After production, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days. The typical total delivery window is therefore 6 to 12 business days from the order date. Production and carrier delays may extend this estimate during holidays or high-volume periods.
International delivery
International delivery generally takes 2 to 4 weeks after production. Customs processing and local carrier conditions can extend this estimate.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in the order, destination, package weight, and available carrier service. The final shipping charge is displayed before payment.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email when an order ships. Tracking can pause temporarily while a package moves between carriers. If a United States order has not arrived two weeks after shipment, or an international order has not arrived three weeks after shipment, contact us with the order number.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. When these charges are not collected during checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the destination country.
